We're looking for an experienced UX Researcher to join our growing design and research team. You will be looked upon to uncover deep insights and partner with product designers, product managers, engineers and cross‑functional roles to elevate the user experience for our teachers, students, parents and school admins who use our web and mobile products every day around the world.
You must be passionate about user research, an exceptional communicator and be comfortable scaling your work from identifying new product opportunities, validating product concepts to running usability tests after products have been launched. As one of the first researchers to join our team, you'll have the opportunity to develop the user research identity, practice and culture across our company.
Senior User Researchers are leaders within their product areas working with leadership and product teams on strategy, roadmap and goals. You must be able to process a wide variety of information — product data, customer and internal feedback— to break down complex problems and frame your thinking in ways that anyone in the company can understand. It's not about what you know and can do as much as it is bringing others along with you.
