Final salary will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidates relevant experience, and other factors./ph3Responsibilities:/h3ulliMonitor collections and post rent payments./liliEnforce the collection policy and initiate legal action when required./liliFacilitate all aspects of apartment leasing: touring with prospective residents, processing applications, recertifications and negotiating lease renewals./liliProvide exceptional customer service./liliRespond timely to resident issues and complaints promoting positive resident relations./liliAssist in all facets of physical and financial management as needed and assigned./liliAct as Property Manager in absence of the Manager for specified amounts of time./liliPrepare financial reports for the Property Manager as well as resident correspondence and recertification notices./liliMonitor the flow of accounts payable from issuing purchase orders to processing invoices./li/ulh3Requirements:/h3ulliHigh school diploma or GED equivalent./liliLess than 1 year of relevant work experience./liliLess than 1 year of supervisory/managerial experience./liliProficient with web-based applications and various computer systems, such as Microsoft Office./liliOutstanding verbal and written communication skills./liliExcellent customer service skills./liliSuperb attention to detail./liliAdaptable to change./liliAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment./liliAbility to work with a diverse group of people and personalities./li/ulh3Preferred Qualifications:/h3ulliAssociates degree./li/ul/div
