Description:

Efficiently answer and respond to telephone calls and customers needs Receive and process customer orders and invoices on a daily basis Provide product quotes to customers Develop a strong understanding of product line and services offered Assist in inventory control, including purchase order receipts and transfers Maintain daily receipts and bank statements Maintain customer files and pricing Assist in production, product pick-up, and product delivery schedules Required Experience: High school diploma or equivalent One year prior office administrative experience or related experience, preferably in the building supply industry Clear and effective written and oral communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment The Details: This position is Monday - Friday from 7:30 am 4 pm with occasional overtime.
