As an Online Order Shopper, you'll play a vital role by supporting customer orders, efficiently preparing them for delivery or pickup. Your responsibilities will involve shopping throughout the store for everyday items, ranging from food to household supplies. Flexibility is key to meeting our customer demands, especially during our busiest times on weekends. We prioritize candidates who can work on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as evenings and holidays.

Availability Requirements:

• Receive your schedule up to 3 weeks in advance.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to 8 hours.

Job Responsibilities:

• Utilize handheld technology to fulfill customer orders.
• Efficiently and accurately complete online orders with a strong sense of urgency.
• Pay close attention to detail to ensure product and order accuracy.
• Be eager to learn about products, customer service standards, and store operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized staging area.
• Be willing to assist in various store departments as needed (customer service, cashier, grocery, etc.).

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read and speak basic English.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds and standing/walking for at least 6 hours; must also be able to frequently push, pull, bend, and reach.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• In a typical 8-hour workday, stand/walk for 6-8 hours, and sit for 1-4 hours.
• Engage in activities like bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching.
• Potential exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals and varying temperatures (up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit).
• Must be flexible with scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with tools and equipment such as box cutters and pallet jacks may be necessary.
• Ability to safely use ladders.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.40 per hour, based on experience. Eligibility for these benefits is determined at the time of hire.

New team members who successfully complete their first 90 days of employment may be eligible for a rate increase after their 90-day anniversary.
