Employment: Full-Time | Part-Time available
Pay: $17-$19/hour DOE + Bonuses + Tips

Auto Detailing Technician - Join the Elite Team at DoubleTake Auto Spa (Fremont, CA)

DoubleTake Auto Spa in Fremont is expanding, and we're looking for a motivated Auto Detailing Technician to join our high-performing team. We specialize in luxury and high-end vehicles-Tesla, Porsche, BMW, Mercedes, and exotics-so precision and quality are everything.

What Makes Us Different?We're not your typical car wash center.
We don't wash 20-50 cars a day.
We're a luxury detailing center, focused on quality over quantity, servicing only 3-5 vehicles daily with precision, care, and pride.

This is a semi-fast-paced environment, so you must be able to work efficiently while maintaining a keen eye for detail. We believe in teamwork, a positive work culture, and helping our team grow professionally.

Responsibilities Include:

• Exterior and interior detailing (hand washing, vacuuming, polishing)
• Wash vehicles using pressure washers and safe cleaning products
• Perform clay bar treatment to remove surface contaminants
• Paint correction: removing swirl marks, oxidation, and restoring shine
• Deep interior cleaning: carpets, upholstery, vinyl, leather, and trims
• Use heat extractors and steamers to remove stubborn stains
• Apply waxes, dressings, and coatings
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Follow detailed checklists for consistency
• Learn to apply XPEL Ceramic Coatings (training provided)
• Additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in professional detailing (preferred but not required)
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and teamwork mentality
• High attention to detail and pride in delivering excellence
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Physically capable of extended periods of standing, bending, and moving
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be open to learning and growth
