Our client, a leading technology and manufacturing organization, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting logistics and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Fremont, CA

Pay Range: Up to $32 per hour

Shift: M-F, 9AM-6PM, Full-Time

What's the Job?

• Receive and verify all products received in full and in good condition.
• Package products for shipping, provide shipping quotations, and double-check packages and shipping instructions.
• Conduct picking, packing, scan bar codes, and manage shipping documentation.
• Ensure company's assets and goods are safeguarded and follow FIFO principles for inventory management.
• Assist with inventory counts, warehouse maintenance, and support colleagues with operational questions and issues.

What's Needed?

• 3-5 years of shipping & receiving and warehouse experience in a high-tech environment.
• Previous experience in facility maintenance or handyman services.
• Proficient in FedEx and UPS systems; forklift certification is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate forklifts and manlifts safely.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual skills (Mandarin and English) are a plus.
