About the Role

Taulia seeks a dynamic Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to support our ambitious growth and profitability objectives. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the financial planning processes within the company, providing valuable insights and analysis to key stakeholders, enhancing existing processes, and strategizing for future fiscal years. You will report directly to the CFO and play a crucial role in our financial strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial planning process by collaborating with department managers to evaluate revenue, cost of sales, and operating expense plans.
• Oversee financial reporting for Taulia's Board of Directors, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
• Manage the monthly reporting cycle, delivering timely and insightful reports that drive strategic actions, including budget-to-actual and budget-to-forecast variance analyses.
• Supervise the commission process in close collaboration with Sales Operations, Renewals, Enterprise Business Representatives, and Supplier Sales.
• Conduct comprehensive ad-hoc financial analyses as required, including business case evaluations and pricing reviews.
• Work alongside the Controllership to ensure alignment between financial planning and accounting functions.
• Lead and develop the FP&A team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in FP&A.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven track record in managing financial records, creating annual business plans, and developing monthly forecasts.
• Experience in analyzing large data sets and translating them into actionable business insights.
• Proficiency in modeling all three financial statements.
• Exceptional leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
