We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about HR, passionate about hospitality, and eager to grow their career in Human Resources. The HR Coordinator will play a key role in colleague engagement, recognition programs, and day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain HR files and documentation
* Maintenance of incoming calls and walk-in inquiries
* Manage hotel-wide recognition initiatives, including service anniversaries, birthdays, awards, cafeteria theme days and colleague survey planning/execution
* Coordinate and support various colleague engagement events throughout the year
* Assist with recruiting efforts, including screening candidates and coordinating interviews
* Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork and ensuring a welcoming start
* Manage offboarding documentation and procedures
* Draft and send personnel announcements
* Provide general administrative support for the HR department as needed
Schedule:
* Part-time, 3 days per week (8-hour shifts).
* On-site presence required (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday preferred).
