divh2Maintenance Technician I/h2pWinnCompanies is seeking a motivated Maintenance Technician I to join our team at Carolina Heights, a 152-unit residential community located in Vallejo, CA. In this role, you will perform maintenance functions in the community, including rental units, residential common areas, office, grounds and parking lots.
