Work Orders • Turnovers • No On-Call
We`re hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for temp-to-hire, full-time, and temporary roles across Northern California!
- Maintenance Technicians: $25-$26/hr.
• Weekly pay & competitive hourly rates (DOE)

Whether you're coming from hotel maintenance, construction, or working independently-your skills are in demand!
What You`ll Be Doing:
- Turn vacant units into move-in ready homes (make-readies)
- Complete work orders in both occupied and vacant units
- General repairs: basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall patching, painting
- Assist with exterior maintenance as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to residents
- Support the on-site team during downtime with porter/grounds duties
- 1+ year of maintenance experience in apartments, hotels, or commercial buildings
- Solid knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and repairs
- Bonus if you have experience with HVAC, appliances, or carpentry
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and a great communicator
