As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and remaining highly visible throughout a dynamic retail and mall location. You will provide excellent customer service, communicate clearly with visitors and staff, and contribute to a welcoming environment. Time: Thur 02:30 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding appropriately to emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with security-related matters as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail or mall location and along its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and monitor for unusual circumstances.
• Observe and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or suspicious behavior to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, helping to maintain authorized entry to the location.
• Support Allied Universal management and local law enforcement in responding to emergencies or incidents at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
