Assistant Station Manager SFO Location

What You'll Be Doing:

• Provide hands-on leadership to a team responsible for transportation and schedule management functions.
• Lead a multi-site operation, managing revenues, KPIs, budget planning, and talent management.
• Champion safety protocols and ensure all team members are committed to "Safety First."
• Create and execute efficient daily and weekly schedules to meet business needs.
• Drive operational excellence by exceeding client expectations and delivering "Raving Fan" service levels.
• Lead recruiting and employee training initiatives to maintain a well-trained, qualified workforce.
• Oversee performance management, including documentation and delivery of performance write-ups and individual training plans.
• Ensure accurate documentation and scheduling for vehicle maintenance.
• Promote adherence to all office policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in transportation or related industries- a plus.
• Strong technical and leadership skills to manage schedules, projects, and teams.
• Passion for exceeding client expectations and addressing customer needs.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Must be fluent in English and eligible to work in Burlingame, CA.
• Evening shift - 5/6pm- closing.
• Weekend / Holiday availability.
