A growing medical device company dedicated to improving patient outcomes through innovative, high-quality products is seeking a Customer Service Representative who is detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to delivering excellent service in a regulated healthcare environment.
Position Summary
The Customer Service Representative will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, distributors, and internal teams. This role is responsible for order processing, customer inquiries, and supporting sales and operations while ensuring compliance with medical device regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and portal systems in a professional and timely manner
Process sales orders, returns, replacements, and credits accurately
Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Quality, and Accounting teams to resolve order or billing issues
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in ERP/CRM systems
Provide product and order status information while adhering to FDA and company compliance standards
Assist with complaint intake and routing in accordance with quality procedures
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
1-3 years of customer service experience; medical device, healthcare, or regulated industry experience a plus
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); ERP/CRM experience preferred
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
Experience with order entry and invoicing
Familiarity with FDA, ISO, or regulated industry documentation
Strong teamwork and customer-focused mindset
