Job Summary:
We are on the hunt for a highly skilled Senior Administrative Assistant to offer robust support to our Senior Director of Customer Strategy & Success and the Senior Director of Strategic Development. This role is perfect for someone with an unparalleled attention to detail, superior multitasking abilities, and outstanding organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including calendar management, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling various administrative duties geared towards facilitating departmental success and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage and coordinate schedules, meetings, and events across multiple time zones to support the seamless functioning of the department.
  • Plan and execute corporate travel arrangements and meetings, ensuring detailed itineraries and accommodations are meticulously arranged for domestic and international travel.
  • Accurately process expense reports, manage invoices, and handle purchase orders with the utmost precision and care.
  • Take charge of planning and coordinating department-related events, including all-hands meetings, offsite events, and team-building activities.
  • Facilitate meeting coordination by organizing staff meetings, managing agenda items, inviting speakers, and ensuring effective communication of meeting plans.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and familiarity with expense-reporting software.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, showcasing exceptional organizational capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with a track record of developing and maintaining positive relationships across organizational levels.
Industry Experience:
  • 8 to 10 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant within a high-tech or similar fast-paced environment is highly preferred. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience required.
This opportunity requires the candidate's ability to work in-office 2-3 days per week, along with flexibility to travel as needed.
