Endpoint Management Engineer

This is a remote position.

Opportunity: Endpoint Management Engineer Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain endpoint management solutions to ensure security, performance, and reliability of devices across the organization.
• Collaborate with IT teams to define and apply endpoint management policies and procedures.
• Monitor and troubleshoot endpoint devices (desktops, laptops, and mobile devices), ensuring optimal performance.
• Develop and deploy software packages, updates, and patches using management tools.
• Conduct regular security and compliance assessments of endpoints, implementing risk mitigation measures.
• Provide technical support and training to users on endpoint management tools and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in endpoint management and security.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Endpoint Management Engineer or a similar role.
• Solid knowledge of endpoint management tools (e.g., Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Intune, Jamf).
• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and mobile device management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) for automation.
• Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
• Relevant certifications in endpoint management or cybersecurity are a plus.
