Perform incoming material inspections using structural-test equipment
Conduct dimensional, visual, and functional inspections with precision tools
Inspect carbon fiber parts for defects and dimensional accuracy
Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T callouts
Define and improve inspection processes as we scale
Record inspection data accurately in our quality management system
Collaborate on root-cause analysis and corrective actions
Support continuous improvement initiatives
2+ years of hands-on quality inspection experience
Strong technical literacy and ability to read engineering drawings
Proficiency with micrometers, calipers, and CMM tools
Understanding of GD&T principles
Attention to detail and analytical mindset

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00/hr.
