Marksman Security, LLC is hiring immediately for Flex Security Officers, San Francisco, CA

$27.50 Per Hour

Required Flexibility Must be flexible with schedules and available to work weekends, holidays, evenings, overnights, and other shifts as needed.

Work Schedule

• Must be flexible and available for days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 2550 lbs (varies by site)
• Capable of extended standing, walking, or patrolling
• Maintain alertness and situational awareness at all times

Typical Responsibilities

• Maintain site access control and visitor logs
• Conduct patrols and safety checks
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents
• Write detailed incident and daily activity reports
• Provide customer service and ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
  
• Valid State BSIS California Guard Card
• Strong customer service skills
• Familiarity with report writing
• Computer skills are a must
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Monitoring and surveillance experience
• Essential computer competencies
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks
• Comfortable with outdoor environment in diverse weather conditions
• Security Guard experience preferred, not required
• Must successfully pass pre-employment background check
