Job Summary

The Fulfillment Specialist supports daily order fulfillment and shipping activities to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries to customers. This role works closely with internal teams, freight forwarders, and warehouses to assist with shipment coordination, documentation, and tracking while meeting end-to-end fulfillment and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

Order & Shipment Execution

• Coordinate daily fulfillment activities including pick-up, packing, shipping, and delivery.
• Ensure shipments are executed by customer requirements, SOPs, and Incoterms.
• Review and validate shipping schedules, ETAs, quantities, and destinations.

Logistics & Transportation

• Work with freight forwarders and carriers to arrange domestic and international transportation.
• Track shipments and proactively manage delays or exceptions.
• Request, review, and reconcile freight quotes and invoices.

Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare and review shipping documentation (BOL, packing list, commercial invoice, POD).
• Support import/export compliance activities, including HTS classification and customs clearance.
• Ensure shipment data is accurate and aligns with SAP and customer portals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-3 years of experience or strong interest in logistics, supply chain, or fulfillment.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP.
• Familiarity with freight forwarders, 3PLs, and carrier coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
