As a key contributor to the team, you will:

• Develop comprehensive strategies to address complex business challenges and drive incremental growth, collaborating with stakeholders across various functions.
• Evaluate new market and product opportunities, spearheading cross-functional initiatives that contribute to company-wide growth.
• Respond to ad-hoc data and research requests, providing insightful analysis and technical support to senior leaders.
• Conduct data-driven analyses, architect metrics, and synthesize information to influence business decisions based on market trends and insights.
• Define and implement strategies to optimize business performance, ensuring best-in-class execution within the relevant functional area.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience designing, scoping, executing, and delivering research and analysis projects.
• 5+ years of experience translating business problems into research questions and converting research findings into actionable marketing recommendations.
• Experience managing research and measurement agencies.
• Proficiency in Statistical Analysis
• Proficiency in Storytelling and presentation
• Proficiency in Marketing analysis
• Proficiency in Data judgment
• Proficiency in Technical acumen
• Proficiency in Project management
• Proficiency in Industry knowledge
• Proficiency in Experimental design
• Proficiency in Business operations knowledge
• Proficiency in Dashboarding and presentation
• Proficiency in Consultative skills

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $64.45 to $71.62 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
