Location: San Francisco, CA 94111 | Hours: 9:00am – 2:00pm must be onsite (may vary slightly)

This could lead to full time and conversion to FTE

1-2 years of clerical and customer service experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Suite.

Knowledge of customer service and administrative procedures

Position Overview:

Under limited supervision, uses intermediate skills obtained through experience and training to provide a wide variety of administrative support. Follows established policies and procedures to perform routine tasks and receives general guidance and direction to perform any other non-routine tasks. Provides professional and courteous interactions on the phone and in person with all clients, visitors, and company associates. Willing to be flexible with schedule as business needs arise.


Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for Investment Banking team including but not limited to submitting & processing expenses, reconciling credit card accounts, coordinating travel, calendar management, general data entry and help prepare meeting materials.
  • Greet visiting associates and clients and provide a professional experience.
  • Assist other departments in office, as needed.
  • Prepare conference rooms with beverages, catering and assist with A/V needs.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception suite.
  • Manage inventory and restock office supplies.
  • Sort and deliver incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Take on miscellaneous projects as needed.
  • Handle all tasks with strict confidentiality and discretion.

  • Diligence and reliability.

Education:

  • 1-2 years of clerical and customer service experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
  • Knowledge of customer service and administrative procedures
