A client of insight global is looking for a Graphic Designer/Creative Manager with experience in B2B tech branding and UX-focused design.

About the Role

You'll work closely with our Marketing and Product teams to bring our brand, product story, and customer narrative to life across visual channels. This is a great fit for a designer who enjoys working with startups, has a modern and polished aesthetic, and is comfortable moving between brand design, product visuals, and lightweight UX work.

Responsibilities

  • 5+ years of Graphic/art design experience with prior experience supporting B2B tech or SaaS companies.
  • Experience with overseeing brand assets for B2B or SaaS companies.
  • Comfortable designing both brand assets and UX-aligned visuals.
  • Skilled in tools like Figma, with an understanding of modern UX/UI principles.
  • A strong visual storyteller with a clean, modern, detail-oriented design style.
  • Able to manage projects independently and collaborate efficiently in a part-time contract setup.
  • Professional, reliable, and responsive, comfortable working with a small, fast-moving team.

Pay range and compensation package

Compensation: $100,000 to $130,000. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
