The Billing Clerk at Mercedes-Benz of Walnut Creek will be responsible for the pre-owned side of the business. Our pre-owned department sells over 200 cars monthly. Duties and Responsibilities:Posts all car deals and pay off trades. Makes entries into the CDK system. Following up on outstanding items. Manage the physical inventory of pre-owned vehicles. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications. Preferred:At least 1 years working in a dealership business office. Quick learner and ability to take on additional responsibilities. Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. Excellent organization and time management. Ability to work in a busy environment and multi-task. Ability to walk around several lots and work outside. Ability to work independently on a computer, knowledge or MS Office systems and CDK.
