Home Helpers Home Care of Fremont and Union City are urgently hiring licensed Caregivers to join our supportive team in Fremont, Union City, Newark, and Hayward!

Offering full and part time, with flexible shifts available.

Sign on bonus of up to $200, referral bonus, and paid training.

Caregiver Benefits:

• Guaranteed $50 sign-on bonus if finish all the onboarding tasks within 7 days of the date of the orientation and $150 bonus after working 30 shifts

Caregiver Mandatory Requirements:

• Authorized to work in the US and pass background screening
• Minimum 1 year of Caregiving experience
• COVID-19 Vaccinated
• Home Care Aide Certification required or willing to obtain
• Must have current TB test results
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance (preferred)
• Must have reliable transportation

Job Duties:

• Provide personal care services to clients as identified by the agency in the plan of care per agency policies and procedures
• Assistance with daily personal care and hygiene
• Support client with mobility
• Maintain light housekeeping
• Transport client's to errands and appointments
• Prepare meals and provide companionship
