We are currently hiring Clean Room Technicians for a premier employer in the Hayward area. Our client offers long term employment opportunities including temporary to full time.

Job Title: Clean Room Operator

Pay Rate: $21- $23 DOE

Schedule: Mon-Fri (all shifts available)

Must be flexible to work alternating weekends and overtime

1st shift 6am to 2:30pm
2nd shift 2pm to 10:30pm
3rd shift 10pm to 6:30am

Job Duties/ Responsibilities:

Must be able to follow all general safety requirements, as well as specific safety requirements within the Clean-Room team.

Employee is responsible to process customer supplied parts within the Clean-Room department according to known processes as specified by work order traveler.

You must be able to work around chemicals.

You will be cleaning parts by wiping, dipping parts with different chemicals that are specified on the traveler.

Understand and follow gowning / operating / part handling procedures and protocols as assigned to the team to assure consistent, reliable, and timely processing of parts within this team.

Technicians are required to wear a full-face shield system.

Job Requirements:

Ability to lift 50 pounds

Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift

Must be able to read and understand Standard Operating Procedures in English

Ability to read, write and comprehend, internal documents such as work order travelers, inventory records, logs and general company records.

Must have computer skills (MS excel)

Basic addition, subtraction, and multiplication skills in order to process inventory, counting, time allocation, and work hours.

Must be able to work in a controlled noisy environment that requires ear/eye protection at all time.
