Description
We are seeking an Accounts Receivable (AR) Clerk with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative team environment and demonstrates professional and clear communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Process accounts receivable transactions and maintain accurate records.
+ Reconcile accounts, research discrepancies, and follow up on outstanding balances.
+ Generate and analyze AR reports using MS Excel, including working with large data sets.
+ Support cash application and assist with month-end closing activities.
+ Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve payment issues.
+ Provide updates and reporting as needed.
Requirements
+ Minimum 2 years of experience in an AR, accounting, or similar role.
+ Proficiency with MS Excel, especially working with large data sets.
+ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Professional and clear verbal/written communication.
+ Positive attitude, collaborative, and strong team player.
+ Degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or Finance preferred.
+ No master's degree required for this role
