Job Description:
Client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to drive the planning, coordination, and execution of some of our university recruiting initiatives.
This role will play a central part in delivering a world-class internship experience by supporting intern onboarding and offboarding, keep warm engagement, performance review processes, and program logistics.
The coordinator will serve as the point of contact for the planning and execution of both in-person and virtual recruiting events, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless logistics and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
The ideal candidate brings a passion for supporting emerging talent, excels at managing small and large-scale events, is comfortable with data and program administration, and is committed to continuous improvement and fostering an inclusive, engaging environment for all interns and candidates.

What you ll do:

Intern Program Coordination:
Support key initiatives of global internship programs, including onboarding, offboarding, keep warm engagement, and summer program management.
Lead keep warm engagement activities for incoming intern classes, including communications, virtual events, and team matching logistics.
Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Global Mobility, Learning & Development, and Talent Brand to coordinate details and support the smooth execution of intern processes.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of university recruiting programs by gathering feedback, identifying areas for optimization, and supporting innovative new engagement initiatives.
Support the coordination of the intern performance review process, including tracking review submissions,
sending communications, managing deadlines, and reporting on intern performance outcomes.
Manage administrative tasks tied to internship and university programs, such as updating the ATS, preparing reports, and overseeing operational workflows.
Support intern offboarding tasks, including end-of-program communications, feedback surveys, and knowledge capture.
Assist with the execution of other early career programs and talent initiatives.

Events Coordination and Delivery:
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex, in-person university recruiting events, collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless logistics and a positive candidate experience.
Oversee all event logistics from initial planning through on-site execution, including vendor management,
attendee communications, and day-of coordination; some events may require remote management ahead of time.
Facilitate the planning, logistics, and delivery of intern events (both virtual and in-person), including orientation, networking sessions, and learning opportunities.
Utilize data to report results, support decision making, and track event ROI.

What we're looking for:
Experience coordinating university recruiting programs or internship programs, ideally supporting both US and international cohorts.
Demonstrated experience managing complex in-person and virtual events, including logistics planning, cross-functional collaboration, and event execution.
Familiarity with Greenhouse, Talent Wall, Workday, or other applicant tracking and HR systems.
Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional partners and external vendors with professionalism and a collaborative mindset.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to oversee multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize and report on program metrics and event outcomes.
