Responsibilities:

  • Handle various clerical tasks, including reconciling driver manifests and accurately entering data in Trapeze software.
  • Take reservations and provide essential information to clients.
  • Assist with application processes and prepare eligibility letters.
  • Prepare pre-paid tickets and support the Accounting Manager with related duties.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while working collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and possess excellent ten key skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and perform under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Prior customer service experience is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Consistent attendance and a professional demeanor are expected.
  • Experience in transit services is a plus.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills are advantageous.

Starting pay rate: $28/hour
