+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the automotive location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
+ Monitor premises for potential security-related concerns and report any suspicious activities or hazards.
+ Assist visitors, employees, and contractors with access control and site navigation as required.
+ Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal protocols.
+ Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency services if necessary during critical incidents.
+ A guard card or license is preferred.
+ Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ CPR certification is preferred.
+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
