As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated government locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. You will interact with the public, provide exceptional customer service, and respond to security-related situations as they arise. + Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and the public by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the assigned location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
+ Monitor for unusual or suspicious activity and report observations promptly to the appropriate personnel.
+ Assist with access control by verifying credentials and granting or denying entry as directed by site policies.
+ Support emergency response activities as needed, including communication with first responders and guiding individuals during incidents.
+ Maintain detailed and accurate logs or reports of daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences as required by Allied Universal and site management.
+ A guard card or license is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
