Successful candidates will have a huge impact on our business and can become key leaders on their teams./ppWhat Youll Do:/pulliLead cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities/liliUndertake data collection and implement business product solutions/liliBuild, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics that support key business decisions/liliDesign and build technical processes to address business issues/liliIdentify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets/liliPerform data consolidation/data analysis and communicate findings in a clear manner to external clients/liliCommunicate directly with internal stakeholders as well as clients to translate business/data challenges into reports, insights, and analysis/liliCreate and maintain dashboards to track partners KPI in data visualization software (Data Studio, PowerBI, Tableau)/liliDevelop and implement data collection systems, data analyses and new strategies to measure campaign performances/liliCreate documentation for various types of reports including methodologies, templates in Excel, slides, and/or sheets for training purposes/liliWork closely with clients, programmers, and functional teams to design business intelligence and operational reporting solutions for decision making and compliance monitoring/liliResearch industry changes provide insight on how to proceed with new processes/liliTrain, develop and assist on supervising analyst-level employees/liliAd-hoc special projects/li/ulpWhat Were Looking For:/pulliStrong understanding of client needs to deliver logical business conclusions/liliStrong critical thinking skills and creativity regarding methodology to measure business success/liliWriting and editing scripts (JavaScript, Python, R)/liliProficient in managing and writing performant queries to a data warehouse/database (MySQL, BigQuery)/liliExperience with reporting, analyzing, and delivering data/liliHighly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace and Microsoft PowerPoint/liliProficient in generating reports in data visualization software (Data Studios, PowerBI, Tableau)/liliExcellent project management skills, ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines/liliProactive and effective communication for internal/external stakeholders/liliAttention to detail and follow-through/liliCan think outside the box and improve on existing processes/liliAbility to thrive with minimal direct supervision/management (Gummicube is a startup and everyone wears multiple hats)/liliExperience experimenting with AI tools in your personal or professional life - or an eagerness to learn!/li/ulpWed Be Delighted If You Also Have:/pulliExperience within the Mobile Industry/liliExperience with App Store Optimization/liliInterest in both iOS and Android apps and the mobile gaming space/liliExperience running digital campaigns or working with UA data sets/liliPassionate about data and willing to explore new and out of the box ways of approaching data sets and analyses./liliUnderstanding statistical significance, confidence intervals, independent and dependent variables/liliEnjoys researching and following trends and brainstorming innovative ideas and approaches to promote our products/liliMust have a good understanding of Gummicubes business and be committed to helping Gummicube change the mobile marketing landscape/li/ulpWork Location Travel Requirements:/ppAirships Digital First approach to work means that for the majority of our roles, work can be performed remotely, either some or most of the time. Base pay is part of your total compensation package and is dependent on multiple factors, including: relevant skills, work experience, business priorities, market demands, and location./ppThe starting base pay range for this position is $75,000 - $80,000 USD per year. Some roles may also be eligible for commission, bonus, or other performance incentives.
