The HR Manager's responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment process (ensure the company attracts, hires, develops and retains qualified employees within the allocated budget), shape employer's branding strategy, designing company processes and policies in close coordination with the rest of the HR team.
Furthermore, the HR Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local HR legal practices, evaluating employee programs, recommending improvements to employee relations policies and making sure that all employee‑related policies align with the company's goals and established labor regulations.
To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with HR technology, including payroll systems and HRIS. You will be the sole HR practitioner based at the office close to Pleasant Hill, California. Once your twice a year, you will be required to travel to one of their offices in Europe.
