Perform all duties according to policy and procedure and our philosophy of care Ensure all program participants breathalyze when entering the program facility. Ensure accurate documentation of participant entry and exits from the facility. Monitor participant work, school, and pass schedules and reconcile schedules with participant entry/exit log. Report all rule violations to case managers. Document, inform, and report all incidents and daily activities that occur during shift. Stay engaged and responsive to maintain a safe, secure, responsive, inclusive, and non-discriminatory environment for clients. Maintain appropriate, professional, and ethical boundaries always with clients. Be punctual, flexible, and reliable. Answer the main facility telephone, take messages, and/or direct callers as appropriate. Facilitate medication observation according to policy and procedure.
