San Mateo first time parents are looking for an energetic nanny who is passionate about their work with young children and enjoys caring for toddlers. The ideal nanny is a strong communicator and who is comfortable giving and receiving feedback & suggestions. Someone who is loving, attentive, and active; and who sets and maintains age-appropriate boundaries for the child. They hope to find the right nanny that is looking for a long-term fit with their family. Ideally the nanny will also be able to do a rare overnight or short trip with the family but that is not required. In addition to adoring children, they must enjoy dogs as the family has the cutest, lovable and gentle golden retriever. When the house is empty, between 11-12:15, help with light housework, laundry, and errands before picking up their son at 12:30.

Their baby boy will be 18 Months, and sleeps well (11 hours at night and 3 during the day). He loves to read and be outside because he is very curious. Because there have been some delays in the motor skills, they have been working with a Physical Therapist. The ideal nanny is knowledgeable of developmental milestones and child development.
