Job Details

You will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the milk production line. This includes operating equipment, maintaining cleanliness, monitoring product quality, and ensuring safety and efficiency. The position will be based in San Leandro, CA. The starting salary is $25.54 hourly if an individual does not have prior dairy experience. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, qualifications, and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement. Main responsibilities Operate production line equipment such as fillers, cappers, case packers, and conveyors. Monitor equipment and product flow to ensure smooth operation and quality standards. Perform basic troubleshooting and communicate equipment issues to maintenance. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GM - Ps), plant policies, and all safety regulations.
