Associate Director (Healthcare Recruitment) – Medical Social Worker (MSW)

Tryfacta, Inc. offers a 13‑week contract (possible extension) for an Associate Director (Healthcare Recruitment), title Medical Social Worker (MSW).

Pay Range

$42.00/hr – $46.00/hr

Schedule Options

• Mon–Thu: 7am–5:30pm (10 hr shift), 40 hrs/week at Renal Center
• Mon–Fri: 8:30am–5pm (8 hr shift), 40 hrs/week at Inpatient Psychiatry
• 8:30am–5pm (8 hr shift), 40 hrs/week any 5 days; weekend flexibility required; float to Emergency Dept and Inpatient Med Surge areas

Job Duties

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Oversee the implementation of home community care services, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality and privacy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate behavioural health services and support client progress.
• Monitor staff performance, providing feedback and conducting performance evaluations.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Master's degree in social work (MSW) from a school of social work fully accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).
• Board registration in Behavioral Sciences.
• Experience as an MSW in an acute trauma hospital or large urban setting.
• At least 1–2 years as an MSW, with hands‑on experience in all typical tasks: assessments, counselling, care coordination, resource & benefit acquisition, discharge planning, health education, documentation.
• Patient load metric of 15–20 assessments.
