The job duties for this position [will/may] entail assignment at a customer worksite where the customer has a requirement that all Dome's personnel must be vaccinated to enter the worksite, and the customer's policy has no exemptions. - 10+ years of construction management experience, with proven leadership in complex projects.
- 6+ years of direct client engagement for business development and preconstruction services.
- Strong knowledge of local construction industry professionals and market trends.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
