Office Operations & Executive Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Manage executives' calendars and set up meetings.
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory.
  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports.
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain the office filing system.

Qualifications

  • Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role.
  • Outstanding organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.

Job Highlights

  • 100% onsite in San Francisco, CA.
  • Temporary for ~3 months (potential to extend or convert based on need).
  • Experience working as an Executive Assistant, PA, Office Manager, Operations Assistant, or Workplace Experience Manager.
  • Ideally, come from a fast‑paced startup environment.
  • Highly organized, able to juggle competing tasks, resourceful, and comfortable interacting with executives.

Compensation

  • $43.24 – $51.35 per hour pay rate.
