What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate customer records, work orders, and service logs in the database
  • Coordinate and schedule service appointments
  • Assist with billing inquiries and process payments
  • Conduct follow‑up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback on services

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Experience as a receptionist or customer support representative, preferably in the home services industry
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively with a diverse population
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while being self‑motivated to provide exceptional customer service

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Experience in the alarm and security systems industry
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Previous experience in a remote work environment
  • Additional certifications related to customer service or support roles
