Hours & Pay

  • Pay Rate: $24-$26 per hour (depending on experience)
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM
  • Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
  • Experience Level: Non-entry; 2+ years of logistics or dispatch experience required

What You'll Do

Customer Service (60-65%)
  • Provide accurate order status updates via phone and email
  • Assist customers with inquiries and future orders
  • Deliver exceptional communication, professionalism, and follow-up
  • Serve as the liaison between the client and their customers (including retailers and distributors)
Dispatching & Warehouse Coordination (35-40%)
  • Schedule and coordinate drivers, routes, and dispatch activities
  • Answer questions and support team members throughout the shift
  • Backfill for other dispatchers as needed
  • Ensure all operational documents and forms are completed accurately
  • Support new-hire onboarding and training
  • Monitor productivity targets and report concerns to management
  • Collaborate closely with warehouse and operations teams to maintain efficient workflow
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch, or warehouse coordination
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with routing tools or dispatch software preferred
  • Knowledge of transportation operations (shipping, receiving, routing, inventory, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • DOT knowledge preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Team-oriented, proactive mindset with strong time-management skills
  • Casual dress code
