Dishwasher Position at Tender Greens

Tender Greens is seeking Dishwashers with an epic level of positive attitude, a strong work ethic, who thrive in a fast-paced team environment and have a strong desire to learn and grow in the restaurant space.

Tender Greens delivers inspired food, friendly service, and great value in a comfortable space. As a Dishwasher, you are responsible for encompassing our goal of providing each guest with a truly wonderful experience as well:

• Performing various kitchen cleaning and storage activities such as (but not limited to) properly cleaning and sanitizing all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots, general and equipment cleaning, storage and rotation of food and supplies
• Restocking dishes in front and back of house
• Assisting with cleaning other areas of the restaurant as requested
• Light cooking and prepping duties
• Handling all foods, storage, and cleaning activities in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and complies with all federal, state, and local regulatory procedures regarding food storage, cleaning and preparation

• 1+ year of work experience; preferably in a high-volume restaurant
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• A warm, authentic, helpful, and efficient nature
• Excellent communication and an outgoing personality
• Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on restaurant needs
• Food handler's card may be required according to local and or state regulations

Abilities include:

• Must be able to lift trays of food or food items weighing up to 30 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis
• Some bending/kneeling/stooping required
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to work in a hot environment
