We are seeking an HR Assistant/Recruiting Coordinator to support recruiting, onboarding, and HR processes. This position is ideal for candidates interested in growing within HR.
Responsibilities:
Assist with sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling
Support onboarding: new hire paperwork, I-9s, background checks
Maintain HR files and employee records
Assist with HR projects and employee programs
Qualifications:
1-3 years of HR or recruiting support
Strong organizational skills
Experience with ATS or HRIS systems a plus
