Our client, a prominent San Francisco Bay Area firm, seeks a junior to mid-level corporate associate.

The opportunity:

• Join a talented group of attorneys and assist clients with varying corporate transactional and counseling needs. This includes M&A, ECVC, securities, corporate governance, and general corporate counseling.
