Seeking a recruiter to help build both ourPlatform Division (PaaS) and our Corporate Marketing team. The salesforce .com Platform is the cornerstone of the So ci al Enterprise . Within the Platform portfolio, products such as Force.com, Data base.com, and Heroku, allow companies to build custom applications that engage with customers in unimaginable ways. The Corporate Marketing team at salesforce .com is the fuel for our sales machine. It is also the team that puts on the largest technology event in the world - Dreamforce. This fall we will have 45,000 attendees in San Fran cisco learning about the salesforce .com So ci al Enterprise .

Job Description

• Partnering with hiring managers across the Platform and Marketing teams to develop job descriptions, candidate profiles, and to execute a successful recruiting strategy and process
• Sour ci ng, recruiting and hiringacross the entirePlatform and Marketingorganizations
• Drive and manage the entire recruiting process from sour ci ng, interviewing, and negotiation through offer acceptance
• Develop and maintain strong internal customer relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional teams (finance, HR, legal)
• Think creatively about recruiting and help build the processes which will support our growth towards 30,000 employees
• Successfully deliver on all deadlines and flawlessly execute in a very fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• 5+years as a Recruiter for a fast growing technology company or with a recruiting agency
• Proven track record sour ci ng and hiring passive candidates from direct competitors
• A bi lity to articulate the salesforce .com value proposition to candidates
• A bi lity to cold call and build relationships with candidates both by phone and in person
• Experience partnering and influen ci ng Senior Hiring Managers and Executives throughout the recruiting cycle
• Expert knowledge in direct sour ci ng and effective interviewing techniques
• Excellent communication skills; verbal and written
• Working knowledge of ATS/TMS tools and technologies
• Bachelor's degree required
