Responsibilities

  • Manage full‑cycle recruitment for a high volume of roles across multiple departments
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices
  • Execute creative and strategic sourcing to attract a wide range of nonprofit talent
  • Screen candidates, facilitate interviews, and manage communications throughout the hiring process
  • Coordinate scheduling, offers, and onboarding logistics to ensure a seamless candidate experience

Qualifications

  • Proven success in high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting
  • Experience recruiting within nonprofit or mission‑driven organizations preferred
  • Skilled at sourcing, screening, and managing candidates across multiple simultaneous openings
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship‑building skills
  • Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred

Compensation And Benefits

Hourly pay rate of $32–$36/hr, dependent on experience.
