Responsibilities
- Drive client engagements by problem structuring, workflow definition, data analysis, insight generation, presentation delivery, and relationship management.
- Contribute to future growth, culture, hiring, mentoring, and new business development.
- Lead thought leadership and collaboration, navigating unique challenges, creating client solutions, and answering critical business questions.
- Work on innovative ideas for industry‑leading clients, building professional networks and lasting relationships.
- Partner with academic experts from top universities such as Stanford, Harvard, MIT, and Wharton.
- Use advanced data modeling and econometric techniques to shape projects and develop unique client insights.
- Handle career‑shaping challenges, create structure from ambiguity, and play key client engagement roles.
Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Financial Engineering, Economics, Econometrics or Mathematical Statistics with modules in macro‑finance, capital markets, financial modeling, corporate finance, or valuations.
- Relevant professional or internship experience in investment banking, asset/wealth management, financial consulting, or private equity.
- Adaptability to ambiguous problems and quick learning with a passion for excellence.
- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets and develop financial models.
- Desire to work in a fast‑paced, self‑directed entrepreneurial environment.
- Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams across organizational boundaries.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Team player who collaborates with multiple functional areas.

Interview Process
- Live Zoom‑based case interviews drawn from real client engagements.
- Completion of a writing assessment for candidates who progress through all case interviews.
- Final conversation with a Senior Partner focusing on fit, motivations, and long‑term aspirations.
Compensation
US Salary Range: $88,000 – $198,000 plus an annual discretionary bonus, 401(k) contribution, and a competitive benefits package. Actual compensation will depend on the level hired based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
