Taste City is the newest restaurant concept from Amoura Hospitality bringing bold flavors and San?Francisco energy to SFO Terminal?1. Were looking for dependable, hard?working team members to support our restaurant back?of?house operations, ensuring our kitchen and service line run smoothly every day. This is a hands?on role that supports kitchen operations, dishwashing, and food running. If you take pride in teamwork, cleanliness, and keeping things moving in a fast?paced kitchen, youll be a great fit.

What Youll Do

• Wash dishes, utensils, trays & small kitchen equipment
• Keep the dish area clean, organized, and fully operational
• Run food and supplies from the kitchen to the front service team
• Restock paper goods, beverages, ingredients, and smallwares
• Support the kitchen during busy service periods
• Remove trash & recycling throughout the shift
• Assist with deliveries & store items using proper FIFO rotation
• Keep back?of?house areas clean, safe, and hazard?free
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures
• Communicate clearly with cooks, leads, and management

What Were Looking For

• Previous dishwashing, food running, or restaurant experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast?paced kitchen environment
• Comfortable with hot, wet, and active back?of?house conditions
• Able to lift up to 50?lbs and stay on your feet throughout the shift
• Reliable, on time, and team?oriented
• Able to multitask and move efficiently under pressure
• Flexible availability early mornings, nights, weekends & holidays

Work Environment

• Constant standing, bending, lifting & moving
• Exposure to hot equipment and cleaning chemicals

Pay & Benefits

Union Position

Hourly Wage: $21.50 per hour (based on CBA wage progression)
