Crowell & Moring LLP seeks a highly qualified Associate to join our Labor & Employment practice Group in our San Francisco office.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3 to 4 years of experience in employment litigation, with a focus on California employment law.
• Familiarity with state and federal anti‑discrimination laws, labor laws, leave laws, executive employment agreements, pay equity matters, and non‑competition and trade‑secret matters.
• Expertise in brief writing, written discovery, depositions, and investigations.
• Excellent academic credentials, highly developed organizational, writing, and analytical skills.
• Must be a member, in good standing, of the California Bar.

Your salary range is $250,000 to $290,000, plus a discretionary bonus. Compensation may vary based on market data, applicant skills and prior experience, degrees and certifications, and other factors.
