We're looking for an experienced, forward‑thinking attorney to lead our thriving probate team, mentor talented professionals, and help shape the next chapter of our firm's growth.

You'll oversee a dedicated team including another attorney and six skilled paralegals while managing your own caseload and refining systems that keep our practice running smoothly. Whether you prefer working remotely, in a hybrid setup, or at our San Diego office, we provide the flexibility and support you need to thrive.

Compensation: $140,000 - $160,000+ yearly depending on experience
