As a key player in the US Marketplace business, you will run strategic initiatives and data-driven analytics to enable the success of our Sellers through key Products and Programs to accelerate the Global Marketplace growth.
The Walmart Marketplace business is part of Walmart's ecommerce portfolio and is one of the fastest-growing and most profitable business units. The Walmart Marketplace is in its 5th year and has seen tremendous growth in the past year. This growth, combined with the industry's ecommerce and customer dynamics, has made Walmart Marketplace a highly strategic priority for Walmart for the next 5 years. The Marketplace team culture is entrepreneurial, fast-paced, relentless, biased for action, and highly resilient. The team is on a crucial mission for Walmart to make the Walmart Marketplace the preferred destination for sellers and customers and to leverage our Walmart scale and capabilities to differentiate across the e-commerce industry.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field and 4+ years' experience in program management, business strategy or related area.
3 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
MBA degree and management consulting experience is highly preferred

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.
