Your Impact & Key Responsibilities
- Executive Cadence & Bandwidth Optimization: Act as a gatekeeper and strategic partner to the President, orchestrating a complex, globally‑spanning calendar to ensure time is focused on company‑defining priorities and high‑leverage activities.
- Operational Excellence: Manage and streamline the daily operations of the executive office. This includes end‑to‑end complex travel logistics (domestic and international) and efficient processing of executive expense reports.
- Information Flow & Synthesis: Serve as a critical hub for internal and external communication. Draft, edit, and format high‑impact presentations and documents (including Board‑level decks) and synthesize key information for meetings to ensure the executive is always prepped and aligned.
- Cross‑Functional Project Management: Spearhead and drive to completion ad‑hoc special projects and initiatives on behalf of the President, often requiring collaboration across engineering, product, and sales teams.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Professionally interface with the Board of Directors, VCs, C‑Suite leaders, and key external partners, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Tech Enablement: Champion the use of productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Office 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Workday/Oracle) to continually elevate team efficiency and embrace AI‑driven solutions for administrative leverage.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience supporting C‑level executives in a high‑growth, high‑tech, or venture‑backed environment.
- Proactive self‑starter: Exceptional ability to anticipate needs, problem‑solve independently, and take unprompted ownership of critical tasks.
- Digital fluency: Advanced proficiency with productivity suites and a keen interest in leveraging emerging technologies to drive administrative innovation.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience supporting hyper‑growth founders/executives considered.
- Mastery of organizational logistics: Demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities and tight deadlines with impeccable attention to detail and grace.
